Catridge Filling Instructions

Filling Temperature:

​

suggested 125-150 degrees. This temperature suggestion will vary based on the viscosity of your oil.

Please keep in mind that every batch of oil can vary in consistency and might need different temperatures.

Start at 125 degrees and slowly increase temperature if need be. Go up slightly in temperature if the oil is very thick and not flowing properly through your fill machine/syringe. Increasing the temperature will thin out the oil, allowing it to better flow through the fill machine/needle.

Heating oil too hot can make oil too thin which will allow it to flow too quickly through the aperture holes, potentially resulting in leaking from the cartridge.

​

Heating oil too hot will also result in a larger "headspace".

​

Capping: Cap immediately to create a vacuum effect, pulling the liquid up and keeping it suspended in place. Recommended within 30 seconds or less to ensure no leaking.

​

Keeping oil cooler and capping riGht away will create less headspace and Zero Leakage.

Why Doesn't My Cart Look Full?

​

Ceramic Heating Elements: These elements can absorb up to 150 ml of the extracted oil, which makes it look like part of the oil is "missing".​

​

​

Air pressure from the mouthpiece being pressed on is also likely to lower the oil level.
