Return & Exchange Policy

1. Your Legal Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel/return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision by email.

2. Returning Goods After Cancellation

Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in a resaleable condition

  • Returned with all original packaging where possible

You are allowed to inspect items as you would in a physical shop, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond this.

3. Return Costs (Change of Mind)

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning goods if you cancel your order

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us

Original delivery charges will be refunded up to the value of our standard delivery option.

5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

  • Damaged

  • Not as described

You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Where goods are faulty or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

6. Items Exempt From the Right to Cancel

  • Goods sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed

  • Perishable goods

  • Audio or video recordings or software once unsealed

These items can only be returned if faulty.

7. Refunds for Faulty Goods

  • Within 30 days of delivery: you are entitled to a full refund

  • After 30 days: we may offer a repair or replacement first

If a repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you are entitled to a refund.
